Brandeis Rent to Own – the Traditional approach

Brandeis' traditional rental fleet consists of the latest model new or very low hour machines that have always been under Brandeis’ care and custody.  The machines reflect the latest technology and the machines are available for sale at any time.  The use of this fleet is most appropriate in the situation where:

	You want to definitely own the machine and need to build up a down payment through rental, and/or
	You might want to own the machine, and/or
	Your need for the equipment is five months or longer, and/or
	You need to test the machine for fitness to your application and/or
	You need a special type of machine and/or
	Cash flow and off balance sheet treatment is critical

The equity build up in the rental process makes the conversion to ownership a natural fit for long-term financing of your purchase.  The rental rates are generally a little higher (up to 4% per month of the price of a new machine) but it’s a tremendous value if the option to purchase is truly needed.
